Move More Dundee is a partnership project within The Institute of Sport and Exercise, University of Dundee and is making a significant difference in activity levels and quality of life of cancer survivors within the local community. The Move More Champions reduce the barriers to accessing physical activity which can benefit the health of cancer sufferers greatly.
Move More provides access to a number of different activity programmes which include the ISE gym, ISE exercise classes (both cancer specific and general) and home based exercise programmes. The programme will act as a template as they aim to develop and roll out further Move More referral programmes across Scotland within the next year.
