This project is aimed to encourage the practice of physical activities and leisure under the supervision of Physical Education professionals in partnership with local gyms.
The idea consists in avoid the use of alcohol, cigarettes and drugs by the participants, beyond the promotion of physical activity culture, the combat of a sedentary lifestyle and the endorsement of healthier eating habits.
