We started ‘The Game of Life’ 8 years ago because we noticed that there were not many programs that afforded opportunities for people with special needs to do sports activities. We strive to provide opportunities for both children and adults with special needs of all kinds (both mental and physical).
One of the goals of Mifalot is to give these opportunities to everyone, regardless of physical, mental, and socioeconomic background, and participants of our program are able to experience success, winning, teamwork, and athletic accomplishment. Because the soccer program is so special to the players, the off-field learning activities also hold significant weight, as the players see the coach as a serious role model and continue to feel special and attentive while learning about non-athletic subjects.
