One of the city’s biggest social issues is youth unemployment. With the club brand’s power of communication as effective means and the stadium’s facilities, we create temporary jobs to develop the young people’s employee assets and experience. By using the first team as a metaphor for competencies such as teamwork, achieving goals and developing personal assets.
Through the club’s network we are able to create better chances to get the young people employed.
Because of all the (created) temporary jobs in and around the stadium, the Jobscorers are able to get used to being an employee in a safe and guided environment. With professional supervision, the young people are stimulated to develop their employee skills. By using the club’s role models, this process is thoroughly enhanced.
