Below are answers to some frequently asked questions regarding the Beyond Sport Awards to help you process your entry more quickly.

When is the announcement of the Official Shortlist for the Beyond Sport Awards 2012?

The Official Shortlist for the Awards 2012, detailing the shortlisted entries in each category, will be announced in May. All entered projects will receive notification of the Shortlist at the time of this announcement.

Can I enter my project in more than one Award category?

Yes. Although it would be best to ensure that each Award entry is individually written with a focus on the category to which it is being submitted.

What is the entry deadline?

The deadline for entry to the Beyond Sport Awards is April 20, 2012. However, we encourage everyone to enter as soon as possible. The sooner you apply, the more exposure your project will get on our site and in our weekly bulletins sent to the network.

Can I upload videos and photos?

Yes. There is an attachment section in the application process, however, if your attachment is too big to upload, you can email info@beyondsport.org with the relevant files. Please ensure they are clearly marked and linked to your project title.

Can I change my application once I have submitted it?

Yes. If there is anything you want to change on your application or any new additions to your project that have occurred after your submission, email them to info@beyondsport.org, along with the name of your project and we will make the amends for you.
