Overview of Project:
All major sports teams have an impact on the environment, especially on game day. Just some of the components include trash, energy consumption, the materials we use and water usage. We realized the planet is in serious shape, especially in terms of global warming. The reality is that every person has an impact on the planet, so we wanted to become a responsible company and take a progressive and aggressive stance on improving the environment. It has now become second nature to ask the question during every business decision, ‘how will this impact the environment’. Environmental responsibility plays a role in every aspect of our day-to-day operations. From things as little as printing on recycled paper in our offices, to displaying ads about green practices to our fans to our larger scale achievements such as operating on 100% green energy year round.
