HCS appears as a means to challenge to lack of access to organized sports practices on the part of people under a vulnerable social situation, especially considering the results this practice exerts in people. HCS is an initiative aiming to let these people recover their self-confidence, health care, teamwork, self-improvement force. Through sports instruction and the access to discussions, training sessions and follow up by a specialized working team, a program concerning the improvement of the life quality of all the participants is developed. Football passion possesses the sole ability to withdraw social differences. That is how sports become an instrument to create new tools for people under critical and isolating situations. The final step is to organize the participation of the Argentine football teams in the annual Homeless World Cup. Make up the team by way of appointing the most salient people among the respective training and insertion programs. Participating in this event represents an outstanding impulse that make players face the training process and personal improvement work.
