NBA & WNBA Partner with #LeanInTogether

NBA & WNBA have partnered with #LeanInTogether, a campaign focusing on men and their important role in reaching equality. 

The campaign is about empowering women to acheive their ambitions, and has been launched with the belief that until there are equal homes and workplaces, this won't happen. LeanIn shows a commitment to offering women the ongoing inspiration and support to help them achieve their goals. Talking openly about the challenges women face and work together will help change the trajectory of women and create a better world for everyone.

NBA & WNBA players, LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh, and Skylar Diggins have got behind the campaign and have spoken about how they're supporting the women in their lives so they can "lean in"

You can get involved:

Post a Photo on Social Media with #LeanInTogether

Men can post a photo sharing why or how they lean in (by being a 50/50 partner and involved dad at home or supporting female coworkers who lean in at work). Women can share a photo or tag male coworkers or significant others who support equality. Don’t forget to include a call to action: “In for equality? Pass it on with #LeanInTogether”

Download and share LeanIn.org tips and resources to get practical, everyday steps men can take to increase equality at work and at home to the benefit of men, women, their families, and their workplaces.
